Gentili utenti,

al fine di aumentare il livello di sicurezza informatica della rete calcolo, è previsto un fermo di tutti i servizi HPC del sito di Portici da lunedì 5 ottobre 2026 a venerdì 9 ottobre 2026.

In particolare, non saranno disponibili i cluster CRESCO7 e CRESCO8 e i file system LUSTRE a loro corrispondenti.

Tutte le code di sottomissione di lavori saranno disabilitate a partire da domenica 4 ottobre 2026.

Localmente al sito di Portici, potrebbero verificarsi ulteriori interruzioni ad altri servizi HPC dovute a momentanee modifiche sulla rete.

Ricordiamo che saranno disponibili i servizi HPC dei siti secondari di Frascati (CRESCO4F e XCRESCO)  e Casaccia (CRESCO4C).

Dear users,

In order to further enhance the cybersecurity level of the computing network, a shutdown of all HPC services at the Portici site is scheduled from Monday, 5 October 2026, to Friday, 9 October 2026.

In particular, the CRESCO7 and CRESCO8 clusters and their corresponding LUSTRE file systems will not be available during this period.

All job submission queues will be disabled starting from Sunday, 4 October 2026.

At the Portici site, additional temporary interruptions of other HPC services may occur due to network configuration changes.

Please note that HPC services hosted at the secondary sites of Frascati (CRESCO4F and XCRESCO) and Casaccia (CRESCO4C) will remain available.
